Payment Issues
Card declines are handled entirely by your bank or card provider, not by us. Here is what usually helps:
- Make sure the billing address entered at checkout matches what your bank has on file. Name, last name and address all need to match the details registered with your credit or debit card.
- Check that your card allows international and online purchases. Some cards have these blocked by default.
- Turn off any VPN before paying. VPNs frequently cause payment failures and are not allowed on our website, as your location appears inconsistent with your card details.
- If the first attempt was declined, wait before trying again, ideally around 30 minutes. Retrying too quickly can make things worse as banks may add extra blocks after multiple failed attempts.
- If none of the above helps, trying a different card is usually the fastest solution. Again, not immediately after a failed attempt.
We do not have visibility into why a specific card was declined and cannot process payments on your behalf. Your bank is the best point of contact if the issue continues.

- If your account came with an email, your login details were likely provided as email plus email password.
- Go to the email provider’s official website and log in using the provided email credentials.
- If your details were provided as email plus password only, then the email password is usually the same as the game password.

Common Errors
Wait a few days, usually 6 to 7, without attempting to log in. Avoid VPNs and repeated attempts because they can extend the cooldown due to security systems.
If this happens, wait a few hours and reinstall the game.
