I’ve waited 10 days for my HSR account and when I finally get it, the email password is wrong—so I email the support team for that to see if they can help me and all they did was blame Hoyoverse and told me that I can’t refund my money back but I can get a stupid 30% discount, so I didn’t get my account and I was scammed.
