Can I connect what I buy to my account?
We only sell new accounts. This is stated in the product title, description, and image.
• It's not possible to transfer gems/characters from one account to another.

How do I receive verification codes if my account has an email linked?
If your account has an email linked, you likely received your account details in the following format: "email----game password----email password". Here's how to get the verification code:
1: Log in to Outlook:
- Go to outlook.office.com/mail/
- Enter the provided email and password.
- If the account is locked, use an alternate email or your phone to unlock it.
2: Log into the Game & Request a Verification Code:
- Open the game.
- Request a verification code to link your account.
3: Check Your Outlook Email for the Verification Code:
- Look for an email with the verification code.
- Enter the code in the game.
4: Log in & Enjoy the Game:
- Once verified, log into the game and start playing!
The email I received is "locked"
If the Outlook account is locked, unlock it using either an alternate email address or your phone number.

How do I log in to my Genshin Impact account?
1. Open the Genshin Impact game on your device.
2. If you are already logged in one account, click on the button in the bottom right corner of the loading screen and confirm the log out by pressing "Ok".

How can I link my account to my PS4/PS5?
1. If you are already logged in Genshin Impact from your PS4/PS5, first you will have to create a new PSN account.
2. Log in to the Hoyoverse website (https://account.hoyoverse.com/) with the username and password we sent you and link an email.
3. When you'll launch Genshin Impact in the new PSN account you will be able to log in with the email you've linked.

"Too many requests, try again later" (Unable to login)
Here's how fix "Too many requests" error for Genshin Impact Login
1. Open GeForce Now, start Genshin Impact, and log into the account you purchased.
2. Skip the email binding by pressing the top right X, log into the game and play, wait for a few days before binding your details.
3. Try linking your Facebook or Twitter to the account. After linking, you can sign into Genshin Impact directly using Facebook or Twitter on your other devices.
If the issue still persists, please wait a few days (usually 6-7) without attempting to log in. Do not change your IP with a VPN, as that may cause suspicious login activity to be flagged by HoYoverse and increase the delay. This is a new security measure from HoYo to prevent hackers from stealing accounts.
If HoYoverse detects too many suspicious activities like repeated login attempts or unusual IP addresses, the system may further delay your login access as a security precaution. Try to minimize any suspicious behavior to avoid triggering these security measures. The more you try under these conditions, the longer the delay might become. So, it’s best to be as unsuspicious as possible during this period to reduce the wait time.
