It is as said, I did get what I ordered, there was no extra random 5 star but it IS listed as ""high chance"" so I'm not really bothered plus I got the specific character I wanted so I'd recommend.

A great buy I got a little less polychrome then expected, but that's not a big deal.
I was able to get both Evelyn & Qingyi within 100 pulls & I still have 80 pulls left.

Got the account 2 days ago and for 10 bucks, this is a steal! I got all the guaranteed LRs as free to plays but that’s fine since I got the orange piccolo treatment and got a bit extra stones. The account also comes with a buck load of zeni and grand Kai’s. Also due to the demand of new accounts during the anniversary, I did receive my account late (which was expected) but the seller did answer to all my questions and assured me of the account delivery… so W seller. I used 200 special cookie cutters and got both Dark Cacao and Golden Cheese Awakening along side Mystic Flower Cookie, These accounts also come with a bunch of other useful resources, like a bunch of stamina jellies and a bunch of topping pieces and lots of other stuff. Would recommend buying one of these accounts if your just starting off and u want a headstart into the game:)
