How long will it take to get my account?

You can also check in your website account (not the same as the purchased one) to see if you received your product. On a PC, you can log into your website account using the email you used to make the purchase by clicking on the silhouette icon in the top right corner of the screen. Can I connect what I buy to my account?

We only sell new accounts. This is stated in the product title, description, and image.

 It's not possible to transfer gems/characters from one account to another.

 Primogems (or any other game item/character) are a currency that is specific to each individual account, and cannot be transferred between accounts.

Can I buy multiple accounts?

Yes, absolutely, you can buy as many accounts as you want with no problems at all.

1. Log in using Nintendo and send the verification code to the provided email address.

2. Receive verification codes from https://tempmail.plus/en/#! (entering the provided email address).

3. If the email @ is @mail5th.com receive code from https://mail5th.com/login

Where do I apply a discount code?

If you have received a discount code, you can apply it during the checkout process after pressing the "checkout" button in the cart.

How do I receive verification codes?

If your account came with an email, your login details were likely sent in this format:
email----gamepassword----email password

Here’s how to get the verification code:
1. Identify the email provider
Look at the email address you received. For example, if it’s abc134@outlook.com, the provider is Outlook.

*Our accounts may use different email providers (e.g., Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo), and you can tell which one by the domain in the email address.

2. Log in to the email provider’s website
Go to the provider’s official website (e.g., outlook.com for Outlook accounts) and log in using the email and email password we provided.


Tip:
If your login details were in the format email----password only, it means the email password is the same as the game password.

Outlook: Your account has been locked

How do I log in to my Genshin Impact account?

Your Genshin Accounts will have either an outlook or mail.com email attached to it, we have a separate tutorial for each case:

How can I link my account to my PS4/PS5?

1. If you are already logged in Genshin Impact from your PS4/PS5, first you will have to create a new PSN account.

2. Log in to the Hoyoverse website (https://account.hoyoverse.com/) with the username and password we sent you and link an email.

3. When you'll launch Genshin Impact in the new PSN account you will be able to log in with the email you've linked.

Are your accounts unlinked?

Common Errors

"Too many requests, try again later" / "Security Risk" (Unable to login)

If the issue still persists, please wait a few days (usually 6-7) without attempting to log in. Do not change your IP with a VPN, as that may cause suspicious login activity to be flagged by HoYoverse and increase the delay. This is a new security measure from HoYo to prevent hackers from stealing accounts.

If HoYoverse detects too many suspicious activities like repeated login attempts or unusual IP addresses, the system may further delay your login access as a security precaution. Try to minimize any suspicious behavior to avoid triggering these security measures. The more you try under these conditions, the longer the delay might become. So, it’s best to be as unsuspicious as possible during this period to reduce the wait time.

Dragon Ball Legends Account is "Already Linked"

If this happens, wait a few hours and reinstall the game.

Once you reinstall the game you'll see the option "transfer data" from which you can log in.

Don't worry this is a common issue related to the game, the account is completely fine.

The tutorial started and the account is empty

That means you've selected the wrong server

1. Don't mistake lowercase L for capital i.
