is it safe to buy genshin accounts?

Compre la cuenta de Cantarella con el arma un poco asustado porque hay reviews de todo en internet, al solo ser 25 usd pues me anime. Me dio mucho miedo porque no llego y tardo aprox 3 horas, contacte al servicio y no me respondian, ojo eran las 4 am en mi pais xd.
Sin embargo 3 horas despues de la compra llego el correo con toda la info y debo decir que quede soprendido porque todos decian que era scam y que no te dejaba hacer log o que tardaba por problemas de servidor. Y nada que ver en mi caso, yo entre de una y sin problemas, no me tiro errores, no fallos, NADA. Entre al juego normal y despues fui al correo normal. Muchos decian que estaba bloqueados sus correos o que no les dejaba cambiar nada y CERO. En mi caso pude cambiar todo, agregar numero, correo de recuperacion, autenticacion en 2 pasos, nombre, firmas. TODO. Ahora la cuenta ya es 100% mia y no se puede modificar de ninguna manera. La cuenta del juego igual me dejo cambiar todo, contraseña y accesos. La verdad estoy super feliz con el juego y evidentemente encantado con el servicio de la pagina, fue relativamente rapido y todo perfecto en cuanto a su creacion y entrega. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. (Como puedes ver en mis capturas mi cantarella es nivel 1, le tome fotos apenas recibi la cuenta haha)

the support team didn’t help me i tried telling them the account had no recourses on it and they told me to switch servers (im on console so that’s impossible for me) but still that wasn’t the problem i had the account it just seemed like it had been used as if they gave me someone else’s login info and they have been ignoring me whenever i say this please help.
