It arrived in good condition, it didn't have the promotional wishes that the image said but there were quite a few and the protogems were exact. Very good service and I really liked everything.

at first I thought it would take a while because I was two days in and I had nothing. so I did research and what I've gathered is CHECK SPAMS!! it was there since day one. I did order two things one of the things was not from this seller. the other thing was a zhongli account and it was a outlook account and I could not get into it (Still cannot) however the primogems. I had one problem which was I didn't know how to log in but I messaged customer service and got it figured all out now I just need to buy top-up time for my tablet/phone, other than that, I completely recommend. The wait Time was exactly 8:11am to 3:17pm so I would definitely recommend. You should not have any problems with buying these primogems. And remember to change the login info you never know! the image is all the characters I obtained through the wish system I bought the tier 2.
