GamesBay provides a professional game profile preparation service for mobile games. Our core offering is the preparation of “reroll” game profiles.
What Is Rerolling?
“Rerolling” is an established and widely practiced gaming technique in which a player creates a new game profile and restarts the early stages of a game to maximize the starting characters, items, or resources obtained through in-game randomized progression mechanics (commonly referred to as “gacha”). Rerolling is performed using only the standard free-to-play mechanics built into each game, requiring no real-money purchases within the game itself.
GamesBay prepares these profiles professionally on behalf of customers who wish to begin their gaming experience with specific starting content, saving them significant time and effort.
What We Provide
We provide customers with:
- Login credentials for a freshly prepared game profile containing the results of the reroll process
- Documentation of the starting characters, items, or resources obtained
- Delivery and access support where applicable
What We Do Not Provide
We do not sell in-game currency, paid in-game items, loot boxes, battle passes, gacha pulls purchased with real money, or any content obtained through real-money transactions within any game. All in-game content within the profiles we prepare is obtained exclusively through standard free-to-play in-game mechanics available to any player.
Independent Service
GamesBay is an independent service provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way partnered with any game developer, publisher, or platform operator, including but not limited to HoYoverse, Cognosphere, miHoYo, Kuro Games, Bandai Namco, or any other third party. All game titles and related intellectual property referenced on this website are the property of their respective owners.
SECTION 2 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY NOTICE
All trademarks, trade names, logos, characters, game titles, and related intellectual property referenced on this website are the exclusive property of their respective owners. GamesBay references these names and titles solely for descriptive purposes to identify the games supported by our service.

- GamesBay assumes no responsibility or liability for any action taken by a game developer, publisher, or platform operator against any game profile or player account, including but not limited to restrictions, suspensions, resets, or permanent terminations.
- The game profile credentials provided are intended for your personal use. You accept that the ongoing availability and condition of any game profile is subject to the decisions and policies of the relevant game publisher, over which GamesBay has no control.
- Delivered service credentials are non-refundable once transmitted, except as provided in our Refund Policy or required by applicable law.
SECTION 5 – GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You understand that your information, excluding full payment card details, may be transferred and processed by authorized service providers as necessary to operate our Service. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer-provided information, payment review processes, email provider issues, spam filters, or customer failure to check the correct inbox or account dashboard.
Use of Delivered Credentials
Upon receiving the profile credentials, you are responsible for:
- Immediately reviewing the delivered information
- Following all provided setup instructions
- Securing the profile credentials from unauthorized third-party access
- Using the service as intended and at your own risk with respect to third-party game policies
SECTION 9 – REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS
Refunds, cancellations, and replacements are governed by our Refund Policy.
Because our services involve the preparation and delivery of personalized game profiles, delivered services are generally non-refundable once the profile credentials have been provided, unless the issue qualifies under our stated Refund Policy or applicable law requires otherwise.

By placing an order and using our service, you fully and knowingly accept these risks.
No Warranty of Continued Game Access\n\nTo the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GamesBay shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising from your use of the website, services, or delivered profiles.
