1. Our position
GamesBay is operated by Ghiggi Sagl, an independent Swiss company. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or authorized by any game developer, publisher or platform operator. Game titles, publisher names, character names, logos and artwork belong to their respective owners.
We refer to game titles and characters only to identify the game an account belongs to and to describe what the account contains. This referential use follows honest practices in commercial matters and, for European Union trade marks, Article 14 of Regulation (EU) 2017/1001. It does not imply any connection with the rights owner.
2. What you can report
- A name, logo, artwork, screenshot or text on this website that you believe goes beyond referential use or infringes a right you own or represent.
- A listing or page that you believe suggests an affiliation or endorsement that does not exist.
- Impersonation of your brand or organisation.
3. What to include in a notice
- Your name, organisation and role, and whether you are the rights owner or an authorized representative.
- The right concerned: for a trade mark, the mark, its registration number and territory; for a copyrighted work, a description of the work. Include proof of ownership or of your authority to act.
- The exact web address of each page or image on genshinaccountsbay.com you are reporting.
- Why you believe the use infringes your right.
- Your email address and a postal address.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that the notice is made in good faith.
- Your signature and the date.
4. How we handle a notice
- We acknowledge every complete notice within 2 business days.
- We review the notice against the criteria above. Where we need more information, we ask for it.
- Where a notice is substantiated, we remove or modify the content within 5 business days of our acknowledgement and confirm the action to you in writing.
- Where we disagree, we explain why and remain available to discuss.
- Notices are handled by our legal contact and kept on record for 24 months.

6. Misuse of this process
A notice that is knowingly false or misleading may give rise to liability. We may decline to act on repeated unsubstantiated notices from the same sender.
7. Other reports
If you have found a website that copies GamesBay, uses our images or name, or asks customers for payment while pretending to be us, please report it to the same address. We act on these reports quickly to protect customers.
